Plastic Pallet

1. Material: Made of industrial-grade plastic, it is sturdy and durable, with both impact resistance and corrosion resistance. Compared with wooden pallets, it is more moisture-proof, less prone to damage, and has a longer service life.

2. Appearance: The overall structure is a bright yellow one-piece molding. The surface of the pallet is designed with a grid/hollowed-out pattern (to increase the friction of the goods and prevent sliding). The bottom is equipped with multiple ventilation/operation holes, and the side reserves operation channels for forklifts/manual handling carts. The shape is regular and highly recognizable.

3. Function: The core function is the unitized storage and handling of goods: It can concentrate scattered goods on pallets and, in conjunction with forklifts and pallet trucks, achieve efficient loading, unloading and transportation. The grid structure not only has good ventilation but also is suitable for shelf storage scenarios, improving space utilization.

4. Usage: Compatible with scenarios such as warehouses, logistics centers, and supermarket warehouses: It can be used for stacking, turnover, and storage of goods. During operation, the forks of forklifts or pallet trucks can be inserted into the bottom channel for transportation. It is suitable for high-frequency unitized operations of goods and is also convenient for cleaning and maintenance.
