Electric Forklift

Time:2025-12-10 Source : View:1

I. Core Product Features

.Structure & Balance Design

Equipped with a metal counterweight at the rear, which offsets the weight of goods via the "seesaw principle" to ensure stability during heavy-load or high-altitude operations;

The seated enclosed overhead guard + comfortable seat balances operational safety and comfort for long-hour work.

2.Power & Performance

Fully electric-driven (powered by a battery) for smooth power output and stepless speed regulation;

Lifting height ranges from 2m to 6m, with a typical load capacity of 1-3 tons (some models can reach 5 tons), suitable for most warehousing/workshop scenarios.

3.Flexibility & Adaptability

Small turning radius (as low as 1.8m for some models), allowing operation in 2m-wide aisles;

Forks are compatible with various pallets (no need for supporting legs) and support forward/backward tilting functions for easy loading and stacking.

4.Safety & Practical Configurations

Standard safety features include emergency stop button, ramp anti-slip, and automatic corner deceleration;

Some models are equipped with EPS (Electronic Power Steering) and high-position speed limiting for easier and safer operation.

II. Advantages

1.Eco-Friendly & Efficient: Zero emissions and low noise, enabling access to clean workshops (e.g., food/pharmaceutical industries); charging cost is only 1/3 that of fuel-powered forklifts, with a 6-8 hour runtime (fast-charging versions can reach 80% charge in 1 hour).

2.Low Maintenance Cost: AC motors are maintenance-free; no internal combustion engine components result in low failure rates, with 40% fewer maintenance items than fuel-powered forklifts.

3.Strong Stability: The counterweight design + multiple braking systems make it safer than reach trucks during heavy-load or high-altitude operations.

4.Wide Scene Adaptability: Suitable for both indoor warehouse stacking and light outdoor operations (e.g., on-site short-distance transfer).

III. Disadvantages

1.High Cost: Purchase price is about 20% higher than internal combustion forklifts; lithium batteries or imported electronic controls will further increase the cost.

2.Site Limitations: Relatively heavy (usually 2-4 tons), requiring consideration of floor load capacity; dependent on charging facilities, so charging schedules need to be planned for continuous multi-shift operations.

3.Heavy Load/Ultra-High Limitations: Load capacity decreases when the lifting height exceeds 5m; less suitable for ultra-heavy goods (over 3 tons) compared to large internal combustion forklifts
